Process
Magnetron sputtering

Multi-target confocal-gun sputtering, tuned to device specs. Co-sputtering also available.

Temperature
Crystalline growth to 300°C

Substrate heating up to 300°C produces high-quality, highly-textured crystalline films, not just amorphous, as-deposited ones.

Composition
Chalcogenides + elemental metals

Multiple chalcogenide compounds and elemental metals in a single run.

Characterization
Standard with every film

Thickness, composition and deposition parameters are included with every film. Further characterization available as an additional service if needed.
